This was certainly a well-tuned fight. Quite the departure from Emerald Nightmare. It demanded high personal performance and accountability. Took a grand total of 130 wipes for us. We were ready to kill it on wipe 80 frankly, but we'll do better on Guarm and Helya.
I think this boss is testing many guilds... What is a guild anyway? Is it a bunch of random people that meet up a few nights a week? Is your voice heard, or even valued? Is there organization? Accountability? An effort to improve each other as a part of a team? You won't find issues with any of those questions raiding in Nascent. Ask yourself if you want something less stressful and more enjoyable, and for only 9-hours a week.
